Wonderful

I liked the fact that the room had air conditioning, and a water cooler just down the hall for our hot coffee and tea in the morning.ample parking lot for our rental car. Location was near ATM and several restaurants for convenience. All the staff were fluent in English and were helpful with pointing out attractions around the city.

Wonderful

I like the place where it has a fast foods nearby, and we can easily get a taxi. It is also near to Ayala Mall and Kepel tower where you can apply for Visa. The room is clean and smells good and it’s very spacious.

They don’t have a dental stuff, also there’s no foot mat inside. I don’t like also the deposit thing though it is refundable during checkout.

The sheets are thick, and it's perfect for sleeping all day long with the cold aircon. It's a walking distance from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Jollibee, McDonald's, gym, pet supplies store, a milk tea shop below the hotel, plus you can ride a mini bus to Ayala at 15 pesos fare only.

The incidental deposit was one of the things I disliked. I booked 2 rooms, so I had to deposit 3000 pesos because it was at 1,500 each room. Though it was returned after checking out, but still.

We had a good sleep.

Location is close to CEBU BUSINESS Park. Also near to Fast-foods, banks!/atm, church and pharmacy. Spacious parking. Accessible to public transport.

Elevator was not working upon check out.

The location was very convenient and accessible. Food establishments are near and transportation was easy. I also like the idea that since I ask if there is a fee for late check out, I informed them that I needed an extra 30 mins they responded that it's alright and no added fees will be charged.

It may not be directly related to the hotel operations but the entire stay I wasn't able to connect to the hotel's internet. Although i was informed that the internet connection will resume in 24 hrs from the time I checked in, it did not happen. The room was also situated in the direct sunlight during Morning. So I was awaken due to that. Room 401. Likewise, the bidet was a bit loose so there were water leaking. Although I tried to adjust still it was not fixed.Perhaps, maintenance may schedule a thorough check up of the rooms before guest comes in. Maybe, have an alternative plan like consider having 2 internet providers.

Clean, friendly staff, worth the money!

The room was very clean. The price for three persons was extremely good. It was worth the money. The staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for transient travellers!

I like how accommodating and approachable the personnel are. The location is very good, especially for your transpo needs. Convenience stores, fast food chains, restaurants, malls, etc. are just a 3-5minutes ride/walk away. You get more than what you paid for. I mean the room rates are affordable. The street is also safe at night.

The damage deposit they require should be posted with the room rates. They charged P1500 for a damage deposit, and it should be in cash. Yet you can get it back, just make sure you don't make any damages in the room. Better bring extra cash
